Steps to Follow if You Haven’t Received Your Flavor Login OTP:
1. Check Your Email:
-Look in your Spam or Promotions folder to see if the OTP email has been misdirected.
2. Retry After 2 Minutes:
-If you don’t receive the OTP within 2 minutes, request a new OTP by trying again and Avoid multiple OTP requests within a short time, as it may cause a delay in delivery.
3. Ensure Correct Email:
-Double-check that the email address associated with your account is correct.
4. Contact Flavor Support:
-If you still haven’t received the OTP after following the above steps, please contact Flavor Support at support@flavorcrm.com to request assistance with deactivating two-factor authentication (2FA)
5. Check Internet Connection:
-Make sure your internet connection is stable, as slow or intermittent connections can delay the OTP email.
