To clear the cache in your browser (like Chrome) if you’re having trouble logging in to https://app.flavorcrm.com, follow these detailed steps:
Steps for Chrome:
- Open Chrome on your computer.
- In the top-right corner, click on the three dots (menu).
- Go to Settings.
- On the left-hand side, click on Privacy and security.
- Select Cookies and other site data.
- Scroll down to See all site data and permissions.
- In the search box, type app.flavorcrm.com.
- Once found, click on the trash icon next to it to clear the cookies and cache for this site.
What this does:
By clearing the cookies and cached data for app.flavorcrm.com, you’re removing any saved login data, which can sometimes cause login issues. After doing this, try logging in again with your credentials.
