    • Step 1

    To send Mobile App Notifications to clients,

    1. First go to Communication from the left menu.
    2. Now, click on New Message button.

    Step 2

    Here,

    1. Select Notification in Type.
    2. Fill all the necessary fields.
      1. Add what must be show within the receivers Notification Tray in Subject text box.
      2. Then select via which subsidiary the message must be sent.
      3. Type your message within 160 characters.
    3. Finally, click on Send message.

    For the notification to be received by the client it is IMPORTANT THAT THE CLIENT HAS FLAVOR APP INSTALLED IN THEIR SMART PHONE.
