You can check the Categories by clicking on the Categories from the main navigation panel of the Flavor System. The “Categories” menu is provided under the “Education” section in the navigation panel.
By clicking on the “Categories”, from the left menu you will be redirected to the Course Page where you will see the Course Types , Course Name, and Class Name tabs.
Course Types
Course Type Options
Search
Search By clicking on the Search Icon, you can search the specific types of courses by entering the course type, subsidiary & branch.
Export
- To export all courses data, you need to click on the Export Icon.
- After clicking on the Export icon, a pop-up form will appear on your screen.
- Select Data to Export: Here, you can export the data of all rows or 15 rows by simply clicking on the drop-down.
- Select Column to Export: Select columns which you need your data to export. Like if you want all the details of all courses, then simply click on “ALL DATA” and you will get all desired row’s information of the courses in your exported file.
- Export as: Then select a format in which you want to export your data i.e (EXCEL or CSV).
- After selecting the relevant records/data, click on the Export Data button to export all data in the selected file (Excel/CSV).
Bulk Action Button
- The Bulk Action Button is disabled by default. When you mark on the check box, which appears on the starting on each row, this action button will be enabled. You can select/deselect rows by marking the checkbox.
- After the selection of any record go to the Action Button, click on the button, a small popup named Delete will appear. Click on Delete Button to delete the record, you will see the confirmation popup to delete the record.
Add Course Type
- To add the course type click on the + Add Course Type button. After clicking you will be redirected to the Create Course Type page.
- Fill in the Course Type, Subsidiary, Branch, Course Name.
- + Add another course name: By clicking on the “+ Add another course name”, you can add more custom course name fields.
Note: You can remove/delete only the newly added course name fields. But, you can’t remove the default fields.
- Click on the save button to save the course type.

Column Sorting
All course types will be shown in Tabular Format. You can sort the data by clicking on Column Sorting Arrows in Table’s Header.
Column Visibility
You can sort columns by clicking on the Ellipsis icon, you will get the pop-up form named Select Data to View. Mark the columns you want to see and unmark the ones you don’t want to see in the table. After this procedure click on the Apply Filter button.
Action Button
Click on Action Button (Vertical Ellipsis), a popup box will appear on your screen with the Edit option.
Edit Option
- Click on the Edit button.
- After clicking on the edit button, a popup named Edit Course Type will be open.
- Update the details & click on the Save button.

Add Course Name
- To add the course name click on the + Add Course Name button. After clicking you will be redirected to the Create Course Name page.
- Fill in the Course Name, Course Type.
- Enable Certification for This Course Name: If a course is a certificate-based course, enable this option by switching.
- Name of the cycle: In this field, you have to mention how long this course will be valid.
- Date: Define the date of the course,
- Show class name on certificate: If a course is a certificate-based course, You can enable/disable this option by clicking on the checkbox.
- Send certificate when attendance percentage is more than: Percentage will be added here.
- Click on the Save button to save the course name.

Search
Search By clicking on the Search Icon, you can search the class names by entering the class name, course type, course name, subsidiary & branch.
Archived Class Name
This list all the Class names which are deleted from this module.
- Click on Archived Class Name icon button.
- It will navigate you to the Archive Class Name Page.
- In that page, you will find all the delete class name log.

In the grid, the records having number of class as 0, can be deleted otherwise the delete option remains as disabled.
Levels
Levels exist outside of course type, course name & class hierarchy. you can assign a level to any session regardless of their Course Type & Course.

Add Level
To create a level click on the + Add Level button, a pop-up form named Create Level will be open.
- Level Name: Insert the name of the level, it could be Level 1, Level 2 or Beginner, Intermediate.
- + Add another level: By clicking on the “+ Add another level”, you can add more custom levels.
- Click on the Create button to save the newly created level.
Note: You can remove/delete only the newly added course levels. But, you can’t remove the default fields.
